Anybody else feel like they have a newbie, greenhorn, or a rookie working for you that just makes you reconsider owning a construction company. Here is a few "rookie" moments that I have encountered. When knowing the difference between license type  When the new guy is in charge of loading the truck  Or when judging distance was not a strong quality  And when suddenly the importance of knowing about center of gravity comes into play.  |

I liked the Mall Contract. I drove my wheel Loader deep inside and dug with that instead. You eventually have to build a ramp, so you can drive out later. 😉
